Are you ready for the Week 5 NFL DFS slate? Correlating your DFS lineup and stacking a team and/or game is often key to success in DFS. But who are the best Week 5 DFS stacks?
If you haven’t played DFS before, a stack is taking a team’s quarterback and wide receiver (or running back/tight end) in the same lineup. It’s a great way to capitalize on good performances and rack up points quickly. For Week 5, let’s look at some of the best stacks in every game on Sunday.

Week 5 DFS: One DFS Stack For Each Week 4 NFL Game
Houston Texans vs. Atlanta Falcons
CJ Stroud $6000
Nico Collins $5600
CJ Stroud’s start to his rookie season has been very impressive. He’s thrown for 280 passing yards or more and 2 touchdowns in the last three games. Nico Collins has nine or more targets in three of the first four games and has over 30 DraftKings points in two games this season. This stack has the potential to go off in any given week.
Carolina Panthers vs. Detroit Lions
Jared Goff $6300
Sam LaPorta $5000
Probably my favorite player from this game is RB David Montgomery. But I also like the Detroit passing game, especially at home in the dome. At the time of writing, WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is questionable. If he plays, he’s a great stacking partner with Jared Goff, of course, as he’s the WR1 in this high-powered offense. But rookie TE Sam LaPorta has been very impressive to start the season and has a 22% target share from Goff.
Tennessee Titans vs. Indianapolis Colts
Anthony Richardson $7000
Kylen Granson $3000
Anthony Richardson is so dynamic as a quarterback, and a lot of his upside comes from his rushing ability. He already has four rushing touchdowns on the season. So, I would rather stack him with a cheaper option. And TE Kylen Granson has four or more targets in every game this season.
New York Giants vs. Miami Dolphins
Tua Tagovailoa $7100
Tyreek Hill $9000
This is one of the alpha QB/WR stacks I’m willing to pay up for this week. The Dolphins’ offense is in a great bounce-back spot at home against this struggling Giants team. I wouldn’t be surprised if they piled up the points on the ground and through the air. And the Giants secondary have no answers for Tyreek Hill.
New Orleans Saints vs. New England Patriots
Mac Jones $5100
Hunter Henry $4400
The real answer here is no one from this game. This is an ugly match-up that should be a slow-paced slugfest. QB Derek Carr is playing injured for the Saints, and QB Mac Jones had one of his worst performances last week. But I’ll go with the cheap stack at home in this game with Jones and TE Hunter Henry, who has at least five targets in every game this season.
Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
Lamar Jackson $7800
Mark Andrews $5500
The Ravens could be getting Rashod Bateman and Odell Beckham Jr. back this week. But TE Mark Andrews is still the main target in this offense and caught two touchdowns last week. Especially with Pittsburgh’s pass rush, I like Andrews to be Lamar Jackson’s outlet and still his main red zone target. This price is still too low for Andrews’ ceiling.
Cincinnati Bengals vs. Arizona Cardinals
Joe Burrow $6200
Ja’Marr Chase $7900
With Joe Burrow’s calf injury, the Bengals’ offense has been downright painful to watch so far. But Burrow claims he’s feeling better. This is a cheap price for Burrow in a good match-up. While it’s uncomfortable, this could be the week the Burrow to Ja’Marr Chase stack goes off.
Philadelphia Eagles vs. LA Rams
Jalen Hurts $8,000
AJ Brown $8000
AJ Brown has been Jalen Hurts’ clear alpha receiver the last couple of games. There is no reason to think he can’t put up another monster performance against this Rams defense. This is one of the high total games we want to target, and we know this stack has a very high ceiling.
New York Jets vs. Denver Broncos
Zach Wilson $4900
Garrett Wilson $6000
Hear me out on this one. The Jets are standing behind Zach Wilson as their quarterback, and he did look better on Sunday night vs. the Chiefs. But the best part about this stack is the match-up. The Broncos’ defense has been historically bad to start the season. And Wilson is only $4,900. You can pair him with alpha WR Garrett Wilson (just $6000) for an affordable stack that could put up a ton of fantasy points in this match-up.
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Minnesota Vikings
Kirk Cousins $6900
Justin Jefferson $9400
This is the highest total on the slate, so it will draw a lot of attention for good reason. Yes, it’s tempting to play Patrick Mahomes/Travis Kelce stack. And that is definitely a great option as well. But Justin Jefferson’s floor/ceiling combo is higher. And in match-ups where Kirk Cousins is pushed, he’s likely to throw for over 300 yards and multiple touchdowns with their high pass rate. I’ll take the Vikings side, as they’ll likely be trailing and needing to pass more throughout the game.
