The College Football season is a month in, and the devy wide receiver rankings have changed. The top 10 preseason rankings and the top 10 devy rankings now should not be the same. We have seen some great performances, and some wide receivers have already lost their jobs. Some of the top wide receivers are playing like the top wide receivers. Unfortunately, some are not, and we have to adjust.

Top 10 Devy Wide Receiver Rankings: Where Does Keon Coleman Rank?
The biggest movers are Zachariah Branch and Keon Coleman. I was high on Coleman in our 2024 Superflex Mock Draft, but now I am even higher. Coleman is up 15 spots on KeepTradeCut, and Branch is up 10 spots. Barion Brown and Tetairoa McMillan are two guys who are falling. KeepTradeCut has them moving down the board. There is a lot of football to play, but after a month, we have a pretty clear picture of the top guys.
We are live every Sunday at 11:30 a.m. on our SGPN Fantasy Football YouTube channel. There, you can get injury updates from our resident football doctor. The guys will keep you updated on the news and help you with those tough lineup decisions. Every week, it comes down to the wire for starts and sits. We have your back.
Top 10 Devy Wide Receivers
1. Ohio State, Marvin Harrison Jr. – Class of 2024
It has been a foregone conclusion that Marvin Harrison Jr. would be the top pick for years. You could make an argument for him to go #2 overall. Harrison has looked outstanding and has an elite pedigree from bloodline to alma mater. At 6’4″ and 205 lbs, he is your Madden Create a Player. Not only is he a great route runner, but he is a big play machine. He is the rookie 1.01 in your upcoming dynasty rookie drafts, averaging 19.8 yards per catch.
2. LSU, Malik Nabers – Class of 2024
Nabers really helped his stock in 2022, and he has done even more to improve it in 2023. He is moving up boards and is making a case for the #2 spot. This is a loaded class, and Nabers is another player who can win at all three levels. Malik has 523 yards in just four games, 58% of snaps outside and 41% from the slot. Nabers is almost impossible to cover in the underneath routes, and when you bring down the safety, he beats you over the top. This guy is a stud, top five dynasty rookie pick.
The next LSU wide receiver drafted in the first round will likely be Malik Nabers in 2024
Through 3 games, Nabers is currently on pace for a +90th-percentile Junior season averaging:

3. Ohio State, Emeka Egbuka – Class of 2024
Egbuka has great size, speed, and length for the position. Emeka has a great production profile despite playing alongside Marvin Harrison Jr. He can beat defenders deep and shows great ball-tracking skills. Emeka has the ability to win with route running and with athletic ability. He struggles against man coverage at times and needs to show more ability to win the contested catches. No problems with those who have him at 2. Fantastic player.
4. Texas, Xavier Worthy – Class of 2024
Worthy broke out as a freshman, and his play has gotten better as the team has gotten better. The biggest knock on him is his zie. We saw it this year with Addison, Flowers, and Dell. We have to start scouting these wide receivers differently, and Worthy has special traits. He is one of the fastest wide receivers in the 2024 NFL Draft, and he is not just a speedster. We have seen the ability to work outside the numbers and inside to show position flexibility.
5. Florida State, Keon Coleman – Class of 2024
This is not an attempt at a hot take. Coleman has been a riser all offseason. One of the biggest transfers we saw in the portal, and he is having a major impact. Keon left because he saw how Jaylen Reed’s draft stock was impacted, and he is making a strong case to go in the 1st Round of the NFL draft. Coleman brings prototypical size and is a bully in the red zone. We have seen him take over games and make huge plays on the big stage.
#FSU WR Keon Coleman has 10 contested TD receptions since the start of last season—the most in the FBS over that span.

6. Oregon, Troy Franklin – Class of 2024
I would have loved to see Travis Hunter vs. Troy Franklin this weekend. We did not get to see that, but we did see Franklin continue to dominate. Franklin has a tall, thin frame with great length. He eats up cushion quickly with his long strides, and he provides a huge catching radius for the quarterback.
Troy Franklin is averaging over 100 yards per game so far this season, and 85% of his snaps are from the outside. At 3.67 yards per route run, he is a big play machine, and his play style will result in great fantasy production.
7. Washington, Romeo “Rome” Odunze – Class of 2024
Romeo Odunze has the alpha size at 6’3″ and 215 lbs. Washington used him all over the field in 2022, and in 2023, he primarily played out wide (81.1% of snaps). This move has him averaging a career-high at 16.8 ADOT, 3.97 Yards per route run, and 20.1 yards per reception. He has an NFL body, and his physical playing style will translate to the NFL game. Last year, he broke out. This year, he has been even better!
8. Texas A&M, Evan Stewart – Class of 2025
Stewart was the #1 WR in his draft class and the #2 overall prospect coming out of Texas. Stewart was the sixth-rated prospect in the 2022 recruiting class. He signed a big NIL deal when he arrived at A&M, and that came with big expectations. Stewart had almost 700 yards receiving as a true freshman, and he is averaging 14.0 yards per catch in 2023. He is another smaller wide receiver with great
9. USC, Zachariah Branch – Class of 2026
This guy has really special speed and quickness and has exploded onto the scene. His highlights are special, and he is the fastest guy on the field at all times. Branch looks special, and Devy managers would be willing to move a lot to get him. His asset value is already through the roof, and the only knock on him is that he can’t come out yet. Branch’s playmaking and lateral quickness bring back shades of Reggie Bush when he is in the open field.
10. Missouri, Luther Burden III – Class of 2024
Luther Burden’s ability to create after the catch might be the best in this amazing class. He has 340 yards after the catch this year. Most wide receivers do not have 340 yards. Burden is forcing missed tackles like a running back. 14 forced missed tackles already in 2023. At 5’11” and 208 lbs, he is built like a running back and is a load to bring down for smaller defensive backs. He is playing primarily in the slot and can’t show his ability to win outside. Burden rounds out my top 10 devy wide receiver rankings!
