Super Bowl 57 Philadelphia Eagles Prop Bets
The guys (@GamblingPodcast) continue their podcasts jam packed with Super Bowl predictions in this Super Bowl 57 Philadelphia Eagles prop bets episode.
Running the ball and sacking the quarterback is what the Eagles are best at. Yet, they have proven they are a complete team capable of almost anything. These prop bets are a great way to profit off of the success they put out on the field this Sunday.
Jalen Hurts has had 9 rushing touchdowns in his last nine games. As a whole, the Eagles scored 39 rushing touchdowns on the season. Simply put, running the ball is what they do. In addition, both quarterbacks are hurt and should be protected somewhat in their respective offensive schemes. This results in getting Jalen out of the pocket in protected running schemes.
Hurts will still scamper a bit as him running is the Eagles bread and butter, if they win its because he probably had a couple long runs and inevitably some kneel downs to seal the game. Defensively, Haason Reddick has been a dog all year and faces weak link Andrew Wiley at tackle.

His rushing counterpart Brandon Graham should also have a day as well as he came up big in the last the Super Bowl. These two teams had the most sacks in the regular season, but the Eagles did lead by a fairly wide margin. Mahomes and Hurts will get tossed around a little bit on Sunday despite whatever magic they make on offense. Although, the Chiefs give up 6 yards per carry in the playoffs and the Eagles run the ball well, a bad combo for Chiefs fans.
Rushing wise, the Eagles are in a position to have 3 different guys take the postseason rushing crown. When the Eagles running offense is at its best, they are wasting clock and handing it off to Miles Sanders. Kenneth Gainwell has been hot and is the closest out of the three to the mark. Jalen Hurts has a little bit of the ways to go, but if he backpacks the Eagles to a Super Bowl trophy, it will probably be at the credit of his legs.
Boston Scott is not one of these guys with a shot at the crown, but still could have an electric game. Quez Watkins though, will not have an electric game. He is struggling to find the field now behind Zach Pascal and has barely been seeing targets. AJ Brown though could be in a position to have a big game if the Eagles need to pass more than usual as he faces off against a rookie cornerback.
