Our Picks

This one was unanimous. Sean Green (@SeanTGreen), Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric), and Colby Dant (@thecolbyd) all took Arizona State +14.5.

The case on the show came down to Kenny Dillingham. The guys pointed out he has been a monster as a dog, 14-9-1 against the spread in that role, and 14.5 felt like too many points to lay against him. They also weren’t sold on Texas A&M after the opener. Texas A&M waxed Missouri State on the scoreboard, but the offensive line got pushed around in the first half before it woke up late. One of the guys even said he had Texas A&M winning it all this year and still couldn’t give up that many points.

A couple of other angles came up too. The Texas heat isn’t going to rattle the Arizona State kids, and the trip to London is next week’s concern, not a factor in this game.
