Columbus Blue Jackets vs Buffalo Sabres
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The 6-7-0 Columbus Blue Jackets head to the Queen City tomorrow for a return date with the 7-5-3 Buffalo Sabres. The Blue Jackets won the first matchup on their home ice back on October 1st by a 6-3 count. However, the fact that this game isn’t being played in Columbus is a big deal.
That’s because – you guessed it – the Blue Jackets suck when they aren’t playing in Columbus at the Nationwide Arena. Columbus’s 1-4-0 away record is among the worst in the NHL this season, so things are looking good for the Sabres tomorrow night. Add in the fact that this is the second night of a road back-to-back for the Blue Jackets, and things look even rosier for Buffalo.
So, no surprise here – I’m going with the home side, winners for three of their last four games. Buffalo on the moneyline is my best bet to take us into the weekend on a winning note.
