After a day off, the 2026 World Series moves down south to Florida for the next three games (if necessary), with one of the teams starting to look like a team of destiny. For my World Series Game 3 best bet, we’re headed to Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. Let’s get this money!
World Series Game 3 Best Bet
Milwaukee Brewers vs Tampa Bay Rays
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
After scoring five straight runs to storm back and win Game 2 5-4, the Milwaukee Brewers would be the aforementioned “team of destiny”. Or at least so it appears. But now they need to get the job done down in Florida.
And beating the Tampa Bay Rays at The Trop is no easy task. The Rays, along with the Brewers, shared the majors’ best home record during the regular season, going 55-26. And while they haven’t been perfect at home during this postseason run, a 4-1 mark is still pretty strong. Now their home fans get to see their first World Series action up close and personal since 2008.
Plus, we’ve got a great storyline tomorrow night, with Tampa Bay’s Game 3 starter, Freddy Peralta, who has been stellar in the playoffs, facing his former team. Look for the Rays to get their heads into the series and right the ship tomorrow night.
Tampa Bay on the moneyline is my best bet for Game 3.
