It’s time for my top NFL Week 5 props! With a loaded slate of action, I’m breaking down my favorite prop bets for this weekend. In fact, I feel so good about these prop bets that I’m loading them into a parlay! Let’s take a look at some of the top players that I’m taking this weekend.
Top 2026 NFL Week 5 Props
Malik Washington Under 44.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
For my first NFL Week 5 props bet, I’m looking at Malik Washington. He’s been a bright spot in a struggling Dolphins offense, leading the team with 17 catches for 219 yards through four weeks. He had a 27% target share against Minnesota.
However, now he goes against the Cincinnati Bengals. Washington plays out of the slot. The Bengals just played another receiver named Washington out of the slot. That was Parker Washington, and he finished with zero yards. Parker Washington is better than Malik Washington.
Miami is a big underdog, so they’ll have to throw it. However, that doesn’t guarantee yards out of the slot to this Bengals defense. I’m taking the under.
Courtland Sutton Over 36.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
I get your hesitancy. Sutton has been quiet to start 2026, with just nine catches for 86 yards. However, he’s gone over 1,000 yards in the past two seasons. Now they face off against an 0-4 Chargers team.
Sutton has a strong history against the Chargers, averaging over 50 yards per game in over a dozen games, including multiple games over 70+ yards. Denver’s offense has been stagnant under Davis Webb. Sean Payton has decided to take offensive play-calling back over. I think that will make all the difference and he’ll have plenty of plays drawn up for Sutton.
With the Broncos facing a soft defense and Payton taking over play calls, I love the over here. This is going to feel like a vintage Sutton-type game.
Kaelon Black Over 16.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
For the next NFL Week 5 props bet, I wanted to go with Roschon Johnson over. However, the books don’t have him listed with lines yet. Therefore, I’m going with Kaelon Black. The third-round rookie for the 49ers has settled into a nice complementary role behind Christian McCaffrey. He’s had 31 carries for 120 yards.
Week 1 looked the best, when he had 14 carries for 65 yards. Now the 49ers play the Seahawks, and I think CMC will need to stay fresh, meaning they’ll get Black involved. The 49ers have shown their willingness to balance the run game, and Black’s college production speaks for itself.
Facing Seattle on the road, they should pound the rock to control the tempo. Seahawks have a solid front seven, but the 49ers will want to wear them out. Black forced missed tackles and averaged over two yards after contact in Week 1. Another 5-8 carries in this game will have him go over the small number.
Cam Ward Over 0.5 Interceptions (-102)
The next NFL Week 5 props bet is fading Cam Ward. Sorry, Ward, but I have to. I know he’s only thrown two interceptions in four games, but it’s been in the last two games. The more games they lose, the more he feels he has to play hero ball.
This Texas defense is legit, and to make it even better, DeMeco Ryans is taking defense play-calling back over. This will be a fired-up unit, the same one we saw create multiple turnovers game after game last year.
Ward has completed about 63% of his passes. However, as an underdog in this game, they’ll have to throw to keep up. More dropbacks, plus defensive pressure, will lead to mistakes. If you look at his turnover-worthy plays, you have to jump on the over. The Texans’ secondary hasn’t had a lot of interceptions, but with Ryans calling the plays and perhaps a return of Al-Shaair, this game could get ugly.
Kirk Cousins Over 234.5 Passing Yards
The last NFL Week 5 prop is for Kirk Cousins. Cousins has been really good for the Las Vegas Raiders so far. He’s thrown for 1,026 yards, 11 touchdowns, and four interceptions, leading them a 3-1 record. He just posted 365 yards and two touchdowns against Kansas City, and he’s cleared 234 yards in three of four games.
Las Vegas ranks among the higher-scoring offenses, surprisingly. Now they’ll go against New England, which is missing four of their defensive backs. That’s the bet in itself. With backups playing, Cousins should be able to pick apart this defense. He’s a veteran and can rely on weapons like Brock Bowers, Ashton Jeanty, and even Tre Tucker. I love the over on this play.
