How are we already in Week 4 of the season? There have been upsets, surprises, and non-surprises. Major injuries, players stepping up, and others looking lost. Five teams remain undefeated, while some have yet to win their first game. The good news is, we can still make money, no matter who is doing well. Or not doing well, depending on how you look at it. Let’s look at the top NFL Week 4 bets and throw together a parlay as well!
2026 NFL Week 4 Best Bets And A Parlay That Pays!
Indianapolis Colts (-3.5) vs. Washington Commanders
The Commanders shocked everybody last week, led by Marcus Mariota, as they beat the Seattle Seahawks. It was a great win for this Washington team that needed it. Getting it done at home was even better. However, that long travel from Seattle to Washington, DC, may have had something to do with why Seattle looked so sluggish to start.
The Colts got back on track with a two-point win of their own over the Nico Collins-less Houston Texans. It was a tough, gritty win where Jonathan Taylor only had 68 yards. They relied on Daniel Jones throwing for 235 yards to Josh Downs and Keenen Allen, since Alec Pierce was out.
Now both of these teams travel to London to play. Jayden Daniels is planning on playing again sometime soon with a brace on his elbow. I don’t think it will be this week. Marcus Mariota looked solid against the Seahawks. In fact, his three touchdown passes may have taken the team a little by surprise. However, now the surprise is over. The Colts are the better team, and this number is a little short thanks to last week’s win by Washington. Give me the Colts to cover the -3.5.
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Cincinnati Bengals: Over 51.5 Points
Next up on our NFL Week 4 bets is the Jaguars hitting the road to take on the Cincinnati Bengals. Both of these offenses have been prolific when healthy in the last two years. The Bengals are coming off a 27-point outing against the Steelers. Burrow threw three touchdown passes to three different pass-catchers. The defense, which had been playing very strong, let Aaron Rodgers throw three touchdown passes.
The Jaguars just dropped 35 points on New England. Sure, the Patriots have struggled this year. However, this offense is picking up where they left off last year with scoring points in bunches. Trevor Lawrence threw three touchdown passes, and running backs Tuten and Rodriguez both ran for one each as well. They can score in a variety of ways.
The Bengals and Jaguars are both led by coaches who can get creative with the offense, and both have a talented offensive team. This isn’t taking anything away from the defenses. I just think these offenses are too talented. I’m taking over 51.5 points in a game that I think could be a 36-30 type game.
Tennessee Titans @ Baltimore Ravens (-11.5)
Look, the Titans got close last week against a backup quarterback and a Giants team that is dealing with injuries. It was nice to see them staying competitive. Tony Pollard finally got going with 74 rushing yards. Cam Ward threw a touchdown pass, though he also threw a really bad interception. Even Carnell Tate finally had a game, having six catches for 58 yards. However, facing a Giants team led by Jameis Winston is a little different than facing a Baltimore Ravens team.
I know the handicap here. The handicap is that the Ravens are coming off a game in Rio de Janeiro. They travel back home and have to play the very next week and could be tired. It makes sense, and with about 24 other teams, I’d agree that you fade that. However, I don’t think I can fade them against this Titans team. The Titans have looked exactly how I thought they would. Bad.
Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, and Zay Flowers are all playing lights out. Shame on me for thinking this team wouldn’t be able to run the ball as well with Tyler Linderbaum. They’ve run the ball just fine. That was 89 yards and two touchdowns from Henry on Sunday and another 50 from Lamar. This is a good team versus a bad team, and the situation may tell you to fade the team coming back from international travel. I’m not fading the Ravens against the Titans. Give me the Ravens -11.5.
Kansas City Chiefs (-4.5) @ Las Vegas Raiders
The next game for our NFL Week 4 bets is the Chiefs on the road against the Raiders. This is a huge divisional game. Nobody would have thought that the Chiefs and Raiders would both be sitting undefeated when this Week 4 game rolled around. They’ve both scored 88 points, and this no longer feels like an “easy win”.
The Chiefs just beat Miami 24-10, and they’ve been looking like the Chiefs again. Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes are reminding everybody that they are still a team to beat. The market is showing the Chiefs favored by 4.5 points.
You can argue all you want that the Raiders may have gotten lucky or the wins have been circumstantial. However, you can’t argue with me that the Raiders have earned getting picked to cover this game. Kirk Cousins has been stacking touchdowns. Brock Bowers is back and looked great. Ashton Jeanty is running the ball well enough that they should be able to keep Mahomes off the field. On top of that, this defense is playing really, really well. They forced four turnovers in the fourth quarter alone against the Saints to win 35-27.
This field will be loud, and it’s a division game. The Raiders have been the annoying, pesky little brothers to these Chiefs before, and I think they do it again. Give me the Raiders +4.5. This is a field-goal game.
Detroit Lions @ Carolina Panthers: Over 50.5
The last pick for the NFL Week 4 bets is on Sunday Night Football in Charlotte. Detroit is 2-1 and averaging 31 points a game. Carolina is 1-2 and has scored 89 points but also allowed a lot of points. Both of these offenses can finish drives, and both defenses have looked vulnerable.
The Lions just beat the Jets 31-24. They also lost a 41-point game to Buffalo in Week 2. That defense has allowed a total of 95 points already. Lucky for them, they have Goff, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Jahmyr Gibbs who stack points.
Carolina just lost to Cleveland 21-18. They’ve got to be coming into this home game angry. They feel they should be 2-1 at the worst, and they’ll not want to fall to 1-3. The first two weeks showed a clean passing attack. Bryce Young now gets a prime-time home game against a banged-up Lions secondary to bounce back.
I trust both of these teams to score. I don’t trust either of these defenses to get crucial stops. This is a high total, the second highest of the week. However, I think both offenses go off. Even if the Lions do what they did last week and get a 31-24 win, we’ll hit the over.
