Top 2026 NFL Week 3 Prop Bets!

It’s time for our top NFL Week 3 props! With a loaded slate of action, I’m breaking down my favorite prop bets for this weekend. In fact, I feel so good about these prop bets that I’m loading them into a parlay! Let’s take a look at some of the top players that I’m taking the overs on this weekend.

Top 2026 NFL Week 3 Prop Bets!

Emmett Johnson Over 28.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

For my first NFL Week 3 props bet I’m taking a look at a backup running back. 28.5 rushing yards sounds like a lot for a backup. Kenneth Walker has been a monster for Kansas City, rushing for 290 yards through two games. Andy Reid already said they want to take a little bit of the load off of him. Eric Bienemy said they want to get Emmett Johnson more opportunities. That’s not fluff from the coaches.

Johnson has 10 carries for 39 yards, plus 64 receiving yards on four catches. He’s averaging 7.4 yards per touch. Now they face the 0-2 Dolphins as a double-digit favorite. There are three reasons I think Johnson sees the field more and gets this number. The first is the coaches’ talk I just talked about.

The second is that this could be a blowout, meaning the backups get in more. Third is the humidity. The real feel on the field is supposed to be around 109, which means Walker may need to be relieved more often than normal. All this leads to the over.

Darius Slayton Over 13.5 Receiving Yards (-116)

This NFL Week 3 prop bet is easy for me. Alec Pierce is out, and to make up for it, Indianapolis brings in Darius Slayton. Is Darius Slayton a direct replacement for Alec Pierce? Absolutely not. However, he’s going to get some playing time.

Slayton was signed because Daniel Jones has thrown to him for six seasons. With Jones, Slayton has 200 catches for 2,904 yards and 12 touchdowns in 64 games. Shane Steichen said Slayton looked good in practice. Sure, he just got there, and of course, Josh Downs and Tyler Warren will get the majority of the targets. This number is only 13.5, though. He averages 15 yards per catch in his career. Even if he plays 30% of the snaps and gets three targets, he’s capable of hitting this over.

In fact, not only am I taking Slayton over 13.5 receiving yards, but I also like 15+ receiving yards at -106 and 25+ yards at +205.

Josh Allen Over 34.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

My next prop bet doesn’t need a lot of arguing. It’s Josh Allen. He ran for 23 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1. However, in Week 2, he had 14 carries for 69 yards and two more touchdowns against the Lions. That’s 92 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns in two games.

The Chargers are 0-2 and coming to Highmark. Buffalo is a nice home favorite. Allen does not need a broken play to get here. He gets designed keepers, he gets sneak packages, and when the pocket melts, he’s still one of the best scramblers in the league. Projections have him around 41 yards this week. That’s over 34.5 rushing yards.

As long as Allen is still in the game in the fourth and has the ball in his hands, he will make magic happen.

AJ Barner Over 20.5 Receiving Yards (-116)

This next one is more of a fade of the defense he plays rather than his stat lines so far. Through two weeks, AJ Barner only has three catches for 21 yards. However, I still like him to hit over 20.5 receiving yards.

Washington has been terrible against the tight end position. Dallas Goedert and Jake Ferguson both dropped two-score games on them. Since last season, the Commanders have been in the bottom two in fantasy points allowed to tight ends. They’ve been in the bottom two in yards per target allowed to tight ends, and so far this year, they’re still looking that way.

Sam Darnold is expected back. Jaxon Smith-Njigba will eat first, of course, but Washington’s linebackers and safeties have not shown they can stay attached to a 6-6 tight end. Barner played 56 of 70 snaps in Week 2. I don’t need him to have a 60-yard day. He needs a couple of catches, and I think the Commanders will give that to him.

Baker Mayfield Over 16.5 Rushing Yards (-108)

The last NFL Week 3 props bet is Baker Mayfield over 16.5 rushing yards. He’s already done this twice. He had five carries for 30 yards against the Bengals and four carries for 29 yards against Cleveland. Now he gets Brian Flores, who’s going to blitz him all day.

Minnesota has blitzed close to 74% of all dropbacks. It’s the highest rate in the league, and they generate pressure at a top-five clip. Mayfield’s passing tape has been messy. 398 yards, one passing touchdown, seven sacks. Which is exactly when he starts taking off.

Flores will send the house, and if the first read dies, Baker will already be moving. He does not need designed quarterback power here. A couple of scrambles will get him over 16.5 rushing yards. Tampa is 0-2 at home against a 2-0 Vikings team. They need to win this game, and Baker has the type of dog in him that can take over and try to do it himself.
