2026 World Cup Round of 32 Futures

United States to Reach the Quarterfinals (+100)

Currently, the United States is lined at -700 to move on to the next round. While Bosnia and Herzegovina made it through to the knockout stage, they did so in such lackluster fashion that most people see this as a foregone conclusion. As a result, this future comes down to whether or not the United States can get past the winner of Belgium and Senegal. Although Belgium was a dark horse pick for a lot of people coming in, they have wildly underperformed. They struggled with both Egypt and Iran – earning draws in both games. The offensive attack of the United States should be able to pressure them more.

You’re paying a bit of juice for taking the hometown team, but it’s worth the squeeze.

Netherlands to Reach the Quarterfinals (+100)

To me, this future is almost the same thing as taking the moneyline in the Netherlands’ first game. They are listed at -155 to get by Morocco, which seems like a fair price. Cody Gakpo and gang have been bringing the heat and I think they have more than enough firepower to get Morocco out of there. If they manage to do so, they’ll get a game with Canada, who just barely got past South Africa. When you add in that the round of 16 game would be in Houston – thus giving away no advantage – you have to like Oranje here to reach the final eight teams.

Argentina to Reach the Semifinals (-155)

While this might seem like a very wide line for three wins, this is one of the easiest World Cup brackets that I’ve seen in my time. Argentina will open with Cape Verde, who despite being a great story has been lucky to reach the stage that they’re in. Then they get the winner of Australia and Egypt – both of whom have had issues on defense. The remainder of this region is filled in with Algeria, Switzerland, Colombia, and Ghana.

The biggest threat to Argentina is likely Colombia, but I would take Argentina to win that game at -155. As a result, this is one of my favorite World Cup best bets.

Norway to Reach the Semifinals (+500)

Futures are not as fun if we don’t have at least one bomb in there, so consider this the big play.

Although Norway faltered against France, it was in a game that largely didn’t mean anything and did not feature Erling Haaland. Outside of that game, Norway looked like the real deal. Additionally, the size of their starting 11 makes them difficult to match up with on multiple parts of the field. Their quarter of the bracket includes Brazil, Mexico, and England – all of whom will be tough to deal with. However, I like how their front line matches up with those defenses and the chances it gives them for a deep run.
