Daily NBA Player Props – May 30th

Victor Wembanyama – Over 26.5 Points (-109)

When you consider that Wembanyama is only 3-3 against this line in the series, it may not feel like a slam dunk. However, he is averaging well above that number – 28.2 per game. It’s the big game Wemby that we’re betting on here though. He’s been fantastic in games that the Spurs badly need to win all postseason. He came out with a big Game 1 and he easily hit the over in a must-win Game 6. You have to imagine we see him taking more shots and trying to put up a spot to bring the Spurs to their first finals in a dozen years.

Chet Holmgren – Over 8.5 Rebounds (+111)

With Wemby trying to get out and shoot a bit more, it’s been opening up the paint for Chet Holmgren to clean some glass. After averaging 5.0 boards per game in the first three games, he’s putting up 10.3 per game in the last three. That includes three straight overs and double figures in each of the last two games. You have to love a trend like that with a plus-money line on it.

Isaiah Hartenstein – Under 2.5 Assists (-165)

It’s become my favorite prop of the entire postseason. While the number next to it is not nearly as juicy as it was earlier, it still seems like easy money. With Wembanyama playing disruptive defense in the paint, the bigs are more likely to kick out and pick up assists this way. Hartenstein, as a result, has at least three assists in five straight games. He shouldn’t be looking to shoot too much in this one and should get at least three dimes.
