After a successful four days of March Madness betting, I’m heading back to the rink for my best bet to kick off the week. For my best bet for Monday, March 23rd: NHL Predictions, we’re off to The World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden, for the day’s lone NHL game. Let’s get this money!
Best Bet For Monday (March 23rd): NHL Predictions
Ottawa Senators vs New York Rangers
Start Time: 7:30 PM EST
The NHL is starting the week very, very quiet, with only one game tomorrow, this Eastern Conference matchup between the Ottawa Senators and the New York Rangers. And, bad news for the Blueshirts – this game is on their home ice.
If it weren’t for the truly abysmal Vancouver Canucks, the Rangers would have the league’s worst home record this season, currently sitting at 9-17-7 in MSG. New York is lousy at scoring and at keeping the puck out of their own net, which are two things to be bad at if you’re a hockey team.
The Senators, meanwhile, are having another solid season, with a strong offense, average defense, and an above-average road record. They’ve also won two straight and four of five, while the Rangers have dropped four straight.
I’ll take Ottawa on the moneyline as my best bet to start the week off with a winner.
