After a rather blah UFC 326 last weekend, the UFC is sticking around Vegas for another week, with UFC Fight Night: Emmett vs Vallejos going down in their home base, the Meta APEX. Oh joy. For my MMA Parlay of the Week: UFC Vegas 114, I’m parlaying a couple of prelim fighters together to get us plus money. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Parlay of the Week: UFC Vegas 114
UFC Fight Night: Emmett vs Vallejos (aka UFC Vegas 114)
Start Time: 5:00 PM EST
We’re starting with UFC newcomer Hecher Sosa, who is facing Luan Lacerda in a bantamweight fight. Lacerda is a one-trick pony – grappler or lose – which isn’t going to work in this fight, as Sosa is a strong grappler as well. Plus, Sosa is much better in the striking department.
The second half of this parlay is identical to the first, with just different names. Elijah Smith is the bantamweight with strong grappling and superior striking in this case, facing grapple-only Soo Young Yoo. Everything I wrote about the Sosa-Lacerda matchup applies to this one as well.
