The New York Rangers aren’t a very high-scoring team, and they play really poorly on their home ice at MSG, but both those issues can be remedied tomorrow with the Toronto Maple Leafs in town.
The Leafs can’t keep the opposition from scoring on them in high numbers, which is bad for winning games. Mika Zibanejad, who leads the Rangers in scoring with 24 goals, is going to get #25 tomorrow night.
Boston Bruins vs Nashville Predators
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
I’m continuing to pick against teams with porous defenses and/or goaltending, and that group would include the Nashville Predators, who allow the fourth-most goals per game this season.
And if someone is going to score for the Boston Bruins, it has to be Morgan Geekie, right? The center leads the Bruins with 33 goals this season, including three in his last five games and seven over his past 10.
