NBA Predictions & Preview For Tuesday, March 3rd
San Antonio Spurs vs Philadelphia 76ers
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
No tanking here, as the San Antonio Spurs visit The City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, to face the 76ers. The Sixers will be without Joel Embiid and Paul George, but that’s par for the course.
Both teams will be trying to bounce back from blowout losses in their last outings, and while I’m not predicting Philadelphia will be successful in that goal, they will at least cover. My line is San Antonio -3.5, so the Sixers as a home dog is the play.
Best Bet: Philadelphia +7.5 (-110)
Memphis Grizzlies vs Minnesota Timberwolves
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
Now we get to a tanker – the Memphis Grizzlies – who will be facing the Minnesota Timberwolves on the road tomorrow night. But, break out the Grizzlies, they’ve won back-to-back games!
However, those wins were against fellow tankers, the Indiana Pacers and the Dallas Mavericks. Still, my numbers say Memphis is the play here, and I’m going to trust the numbers. My line is Minnesota -9, so the Grizzlies plus the points it is then.
Best Bet: Memphis +14.5 (-110)
