Boston Sabres vs Florida Panthers
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
As is often the case with my goal scorer parlays, I’m targeting teams that let in a lot of goals, and this season that would include the back-to-back defending Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers. So the Buffalo Sabres are going to score some goals tomorrow night.
And the hottest scorer on the Sabres is Tage Thompson, who has 31 goals this season and has scored in back-to-back games and three of his last four.
Winnipeg Jets vs Anaheim Ducks
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The Anaheim Ducks have even more trouble than the Panthers in keeping the puck out of their net, ranking 30th out of 32 teams in goals allowed. So, despite him burning me a couple of days ago, I’m going with my hometown hero.
The Winnipeg Jets’ Mark Scheifele did manage a couple of assists last game, but it’s goals we need, not helpers. This just means Scheifele is due tomorrow night.
