Winter Olympics Best Bet For Thursday (February 12th): Men’s Hockey Predictions
Canada vs Czechia
Start Time: 10:40 AM EST
I had Finland -2.5 goals against Slovakia on Wednesday, and the underdogs won 4-1, so I’m off to a great start on the men’s hockey tournament at the Olympics. But tomorrow the big dogs come out to play, including Team Canada, so I’m hitting the ice again to try my luck.
And I’m going with my hometown team, Canada. But not on the moneyline, as it’s unplayable. Instead, I’m trying my hand at a player prop. The Canadians are surely going to light up the Czechs (now I’m jinxing it), and who better to pick to score a goal than Nathan MacKinnon? MacKinnon is having a career year in an already Hall of Fame career, leading the NHL with 40 goals in only 55 games.
Look for the Colorado Avalanche to get plenty of rubber on the Czech goal tomorrow morning and to at least find the back of the net once.
