Daily NBA Player Props – January 31st
Brandon Miller – Over 20.5 Points (-105)
On both Wednesday and Thursday, we went with the over on Brandon Miller’s points. He proceeded to put up 23 and 26 respectively in those games to move to 8-1 against this line. Despite that kind of run, the line hasn’t moved for his game against the Spurs on Saturday afternoon. San Antonio is a tough defensive squad, but someone on Charlotte is going to put up points.
Jalen Johnson – Over 10.5 Rebounds (+104)
While Jalen Johnson has been banged up a bit lately, he’s been dominant on the boards. In his last five games, he’s averaging 14.0 rebounds per game. Additionally, he’s only been under 13 in one of those five games. Although we might see some reduced minutes from him, the rest of the Hawks front court is out on Saturday. Plus, he gets Indiana, who ranks 28th in the league in rebounding percentage. That should give him plenty of chances to pull down 11 for us.
Matas Buzelis – Over 6.5 Rebounds (-112)
Speaking of solid runs on the boards, Matas Buzelis has stepped it up for the Bulls in a big way. He’s 3-1 against this line in his last four and is averaging 7.5. He grabbed nine rebounds against the Heat on Thursday and gets the exact same squad on Saturday. With Nikola Vucevic out of commission for this one, he’ll be in position to lead the Bulls again in that realm.
