We only have a five-game slate in the NBA tomorrow, but luckily, one of the teams playing has been underestimated this season, while another team has been (and always is) overrated. So we have lines to exploit. Here are your NBA predictions and preview for Thursday, December 4th.

NBA Predictions & Preview For Thursday, December 4th

Boston Celtics vs Washington Wizards

Start Time – 7:00 PM EST

The Boston Celtics are the team that is being overlooked this season, and I’ve been taking advantage of it on the spreads. That’s the case again tomorrow when they visit the perennially terrible Washington Wizards.

Jaylen Brown being doubtful for tomorrow’s game does put a damper on my enthusiasm here, but I still think the Celtics can pull it out. My line is Boston -15, so the Celtics on the spread is my play.

Best Bet: Boston -8.5 (-110)

Los Angeles Lakers vs Toronto Raptors

Start Time – 7:30 PM EST

The reliably overrated team is, of course, the Los Angeles Lakers, who are never as good as people seem to think. The fact that they are favored tomorrow on the road in Toronto with Luka Doncic not suiting up is laughable.

Newsflash – the Raptors are better than the Lakers this season, even with Luka in action (maybe not more talented, but the advanced stats like them more). My line is Toronto -3.5, so go Raptors, go.

Best Bet: Toronto +1.5 (-120)

2025/6 Overall Record: 44-38 (54%)
Profit (based on $100/bet): $195.96
Return on Investment: 2%
