There aren’t too many spreads I’m interested in getting in on for tomorrow’s short NBA slate, so I’ll take a flyer on this one. That’s because any play against the Oklahoma City Thunder should be considered a flyer.
The Portland Trail Blazers looked like a sorta legit team to start the season, but they’ve gone back to being the Blazers. However, my line for this game is ‘only’ OKC -9, so I’ll try the home team plus the points.

San Antonio Spurs vs Minnesota Timberwolves
Start Time – 7:00 PM EST
With Victor Wembanyama having missed a third of the San Antonio Spurs’ games this season, we have a decent sample size to work with. So, can the Spurs survive without Wemby?
The answer thus far is yes. The team has gone 5-1 with the Frenchman on the bench this season, despite other key players suffering injuries during this span. My line for tomorrow is San Antonio -3, so I’ll gladly take the Spurs plus the points.
