Daily NBA Player Props – November 7th
Josh Giddey – Over 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-125)
How do they keep giving us lines this low for Josh Giddey? In two of his last three games, he beat this projection with just his points and his assists. In each of those games, he also had at least nine rebounds. Additionally, the one game that saw him not beat it with just two categories just so happened to be a triple double. With the run that this man is on and the NBA Cup being on the line in this one, I can’t seem him coming up short of 50 on this PRA.
Jusuf Nurkic – Over 10.5 Rebounds (-116)
Walker Kessler is likely done for the year. When I first saw that, I ran to Kyle Filipowski props – thinking that he might be the man to take over those extra boards. Well the option is clearly Nurkic. After the first game without Kessler, which saw him post 21 minutes and nine boards, he’s been the man for the Jazz. He’s played at least 30 minutes each since then and put up 14.0 rebounds a game over that stretch. He’s the guy down low and he should put up some gaudy numbers here.
Jaylen Brown – Over 24.5 Points (-124)
Speaking of props that I can’t believe they are still giving us – check out the line on Jaylen Brown. Not only is the Celtics’ captain pretty much their only offensive threat, but he has been lighting up the scoreboard over the last few weeks. In his last five games, he’s only come in lower than 30 one time. The Magic are fresh off allowing 127 to the Hawks, and their defense looks primed to allow another big day for Brown.
