It was a nice nine-event, 11-week run of UFC events outside of their home base, but the UFC is returning to the UFC Apex in Las Vegas for a Fight Night card this Saturday. But at least UFC Fight Night: Garcia vs Onama is giving a couple of up-and-comers their first chance at headlining a UFC card. For my MMA Underdog Pick of the Week: UFC Vegas 110, I’ve got a live dog in a prelim featherweight fight. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Underdog Pick of the Week: UFC Vegas 110
UFC Fight Night: Garcia vs Onama (UFC Vegas 110)
Start Time: 4:00 PM EST – (ESPN+)
It might change the more I dive into it and the closer we get to Saturday, but as of now, this week’s UFC Fight Night looks very chalky to me on paper. However, there is at least one dog who I think is a live one, and that would be South Korean bantamweight Chang Ho Lee.
Lee gained entry to the UFC by winning the Road to UFC tournament and is now 2-0 in the UFC, part of a five-fight winning streak (including a TKO win in his last fight). I think he’s at least the equal of this week’s opponent, Timothy Cuamba, on the feet, and can outperform him in the grappling realm for sure.
