I’m still winless on my daily NHL goal scorer parlay for this season (full disclosure), but with the odds we’re getting on these bets, we only have to hit one every once in a while to be in the black. NHL Goal Scorer Parlay For Tuesday (October 14th): NHL Predictions
Seattle Kraken vs Montreal Canadiens
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
We begin our journey to two Original Six cities up in Montreal, where the 2-1 Canadiens host the undefeated (2-0) Seattle Kraken. And, perhaps counterintuitively on the surface, I’m putting a goal scorer bet on Montreal’s third line left winger.
However, the Canadiens’ third line LW is Zachary Bolduc, who is off to a hot start in his first season on the Habs, leading the team with three goals after potting 19 for the St. Louis Blues as a rookie last season.
Edmonton Oilers vs New York Rangers
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
Now we’re hitting up the World’s Most Famous Arena for perhaps another odd choice for a goal scorer play, considering the New York Rangers player I’m choosing only has lit one lamp this season.
However (again with that word), New York’s first-line center Mika Zibanejad leads the league in shots on net, throwing 19 pucks at goalies over the team’s first four games. A solid goal scorer over his long career, he’s going to start finding the back of the net.
