Washington Commanders vs Green Bay Packers
Start Time: 8:15 PM EST
Someone is going to lose their zero tomorrow night, as both the Washington Commanders and the Green Bay Packers won their opening week game – the Commanders beat the Giants while the Packers topped the Lions.
Green Bay is historically one of the toughest spots for a visiting team to play at, as the Packers’ home field advantage works out to 3.54 points per game at Lambeau Field. And the Commanders know this quite well, as the franchise hasn’t won a game in Green Bay since 1988.
I don’t expect Washington’s luck to change tomorrow night in Wisconsin. Despite the Commanders making it to the NFC Championship Game last year behind rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, and winning one more regular season game than the Packers, Green Bay was the superior team according to advanced stats, over four points better per game against an average team. And I expect them to be the better team tomorrow night at home.
My line is Green Bay -8, so the Packers on the spread is my best bet for Thursday.
