Two of the league’s worst defenses meet up tomorrow in Texas, as the Dallas Wings host the Los Angeles Sparks. So you know I’ve got to go with a points prop, and you know it’s got to be an over.
I’ve zeroed in on four-time All-Star Kelsey Plum, who is enjoying herself in her first season in La La Land. Plum has bumped her scoring average up to 20.0 ppg, the second-highest total of her career (she averaged 20.2 ppg in 2022). She’s also topped 20 points in back-to-back games and three of her last five games.
While Plum only scored 11 points in her lone meeting against the Wings this season, that game was a blowout win for the Sparks, and Plum only took nine shots. I expect Plum to dice up the Wings’ porous defense tomorrow and hit this Over prop for us.
