UFC Fight Night: Whittaker vs de Ridder (aka UFC Abu Dhabi)
Start Time: Noon EST (ESPN/ESPN+/ABC)
Since the octagon is on the other side of the world this week, check the early start time – don’t get your bets in late. There are quite a few wide lines this week, and the closer-lined ones I’ve already given out in various articles this week, so my best bet for tomorrow is a bit wider odds than I’d prefer.
Heavyweight Marcus Buchecha makes his UFC debut against Martin Buday in tomorrow’s curtain jerker. To say that Buchecha is good on the mat is an understatement – the number of world championships he has in jiu-jitsu is in the teens. In MMA, he’s 5-1, with all those fights coming in ONE Championship, and with all his wins coming via finish.
All it’ll take is one takedown for Buchecha to finish this fight, and I think he has no problem getting that against Buday.
