Apparently, there’s a UFC pay-per-view this coming Saturday. I say “apparently” because it’s being advertised as a big deal PPV, but that gets put into question when you look at the actual fight lineup. No title fights (unless you fall for the BMF Title nonsense). Not even a #1 contender fight. But will we still make money off the fights? Damn right. For my MMA Prop Play of the Week: UFC 318, I’ve got a knockout prop coming from Saturday’s curtain jerker. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Prop Pick of the Week: UFC 318
UFC 318: Holloway vs Poirier 3
Start Time: Saturday – 6:00 PM EST – (ESPN2/ESPN/PPV)
Saturday’s opening fight is a classic striker vs grappler matchup at women’s flyweight, pitting Carli Judice vs Nicolle Caliari. Judice isn’t just way better at striking than Caliari – she’s also way bigger, enjoying a four-inch height and six-inch reach advantage over her Brazilian counterpart. This’ll make it very difficult for Caliari to get inside and utilize her grappling.
Plus, all four of Judice’s pro wins have come via knockout. I think she puts it on Caliari on the feet and stops her, and we’re getting a steal of a number when it happens.
