Chicago Cubs vs Minnesota Twins

We’re almost at the MLB All-Star break, and the Chicago Cubs are still the strongest team in baseball, according to advanced stats. The Cubs are on pace to flirt with 100 wins in a season for the first time since 2016, the year they famously broke their World Series championship drought.
And I expect them to get one win closer to triple-figure wins tomorrow as they start a three-game series against the Minnesota Twins in Minneapolis. The Twins may be second in the American League’s Central division, but there is only one good team in that division, the Detroit Tigers, and the Twins are 13.5 games behind them with a 43-47 record.
To make matters worse for the home team, the Cubs have their ace, Shota Imanaga, starting on the bump tomorrow. Even with the home field advantage, Chicago is still close to a 1.5 run favorite tomorrow night.
