The NFL season is quickly approaching! Mandatory Mini Camps are here, and the Hall-of-Fame game between the Houston Texans and Chicago Bears takes place at the end of next month. We’re taking a look at all 32 NFL teams and our best bets for each prior to the 2025 season kicking off. The Buffalo Bills are up next, so let’s take a look at this edition of the 2025 NFL Best Bets: Buffalo Bills.

Sean McDermott is back for his ninth season as the head man in Buffalo. Quarterback Josh Allen is fresh off an MVP-winning season, but the team is hungry for more after losing to the Chiefs for the fourth time in five seasons in the playoffs once again. Running Back James Cook is currently holding out for a new contract. They lost Von Miller, but replaced him with free agent Joey Bosa and also brought in Shaq Bond. They added Cornerback Maxwell Harriston with the 30th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

2025 NFL Best Bets: Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen Over 475.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

Allen’s receiving weapons are less than ideal, which may force him to run more. In addition, he’s gone over this total in six of his seven seasons; 2020 was the last time he didn’t.

Bills Over 12.5 Wins (+105)

If you believe in trends, the Bills have won just 11 games every other year over the last four years and may be due for that again. But with the ninth-easiest schedule in the league, the Bills are always great in the regular season. The postseason is where they struggle the most.

2025 NFL Best Bets: Buffalo Bills

Bills to Score 1+ Passing Touchdown in all 17 games (+1200)

Allen only had three games in 2024 where he didn’t throw a passing touchdown. Mitchell Trubisky still tossed one in Week 18. At 12/1 in DraftKings team specials, it’s worth a shot on the reigning league MVP. They lost Shaq Bond to the Buffalo Bills. And added running back Rico Dowdle to the fold.
