WNBA Predictions & Preview For Saturday, June 21st

I hit one of my two WNBA bets on Friday, which I’m considering progress. The WNBA has been a harsh mistress in the early days of the season. Here are your WNBA predictions and preview for Saturday, June 21st.

WNBA Predictions & Preview For Saturday, June 21st

Phoenix Mercury vs Chicago Sky

Start Time – 1:00 PM EST

This is turning into another lost season for the Chicago Sky, as they are 3-8 (only 1-3 at home) and are ranked as the second-worst team in the WNBA based on advanced stats. And five-time All-Star Courtney Vandersloot will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL.

Things aren’t bound to get better with the 10-4 Phoenix Mercury in town on Saturday afternoon. My line of this game is Phoenix -10, so the Mercury is the pick.

Best Bet: Phoenix -10 (-115)

Los Angeles Sparks vs Minnesota Lynx

Start Time – 8:00 PM EST

Well, the Minnesota Lynx aren’t going 44-0 this season, as they finally lost a game, but they still have a chance at going undefeated at home in the Target Center. However, superstar Napheesa Collier is questionable to play on Saturday due to a back issue.

I still have faith in the Lynx on their home court, however, even if Collier doesn’t suit up (fingers crossed she does, though). My line for the game is Minnesota -15, so let’s ride with the Lynx.

Best Bet: Minnesota -9.5 (-108)

Overall Record: 10-15 (40%)
Profit (based on $100/bet): -($566.51)
Return on Investment: -23%
