UFC FIGHT NIGHT: HILL VS ROUNTREE (AKA UFC BAKU)
Start Time: Noon EST – (ABC/ESPN/ESPN+)
First off, note the early start tomorrow since this event is taking place on the other side of the world. Don’t look for the UFC on your television tomorrow night. Normally, I avoid fighters who miss weight, since the stats show that they normally lose. But the fight my best bet is coming from had both fighters miss weight, so we should be good.
That fight would be what is now a 165-pound catchweight fight between Myktybek Orolbai and Tofiq Musayev, who is making his UFC debut. Orolbai is nine years younger than Musayev, who at 35 is entering the UFC near the end of his prime. Musayev has also been out of action for almost two years, another thing not conducive to winning. I’ll take the much younger, more active, well-rounded, and dangerous Orolbai to get his hand raised on Saturday.
