Just when you thought the series might be over, the Pacers put a beating on the Thunder that they may not soon forget. Lucky for them, they got a chance to erase that memory with a Game 7 on Sunday. The back and forth of this series has made it unpredictable at times, but we’ve dug through all the trends on the series so far and have our favorite prop bets for Game 7. Who’s hot? Who’s due? Two Prop Bets for NBA Finals Game 7
Indiana Pacers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
Tipoff – June 22nd, 8:30 pm EST
Paycom Center – Oklahoma City, OK
Broadcast – ABC
As it was in Game 6, the bench of Indiana is a bettor’s gold mine. We looked at the over on TJ McConnell’s points – set at just 9.5 – and he had 8 by halftime. The early, sweat-free cash in the second half if the norm for playing overs on this pine.
The bench player we’re targeting in Game 7 is Obi Toppin. It’s no surprise that Rick Carlisle likes his bench, but he has liked going to Toppin a lot in this series. After averaging 19.6 minutes per game in the regular season, he’s played an average of 24.3 in this series. He also has only played less than 20 minutes once.

Now the books seem to be expected a lesser role in Game 7 with his points line set at 9.5. He’s comfortably cleared that in four of the six games in this series – including each of the last three. I know conventional wisdom is that you see more of the stars in a Game 7, but I can’t imagine seeing the Pacers deviate from what got them here.
Prop Bet #1: Obi Toppin Over 9.5 Points (-125)
As I just said, the conventional wisdom is that we see more of the stars in a Game 7. I fully expect Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to try to take over this game on the offensive side of the floor. However, with the way that the Pacers have played him on defense, I’m having trouble seeing him get to that 33.5 point projection here.
In this series, he’s posted just 30.5 points per game. Additionally, he’s been under the mark in half of the games played so far. In a potential clinching Game 6, he disappeared completely – scoring just 21 points. On top of all that, I could see the refs letting them play a bit more here, which could only hurt Shai.
Prop Bet #2: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Under 33.5 Points (-120)
