Atlanta Dream vs Washington Mystics

Start Time – 2:00 PM EST

At 7-3 and 4-6, respectively, the Atlanta Dream and the Washington Mystics don’t appear to be in the same class, with the Dream coming across as the far superior team. However, when you dive into the advanced stats, you’ll see that the Dream have played the easiest schedule in the WNBA thus far, while the Mystics have played the fourth toughest.

After crunching the numbers and factoring in the home court advantage for the Mystics, my line for this game is Washington -1.5, so the Mystics, plus all those points we’re getting, is the play.

Phoenix Mercury vs Las Vegas Aces

Start Time – 6:00 PM EST

The expected revenge tour of the Las Vegas Aces this season hasn’t really popped off, at least not yet, as the team has scuffled along to a 5-4 record thus far. And now all-world player A’ja Wilson is out of action with a concussion.

But Las Vegas is still aces at home, winning three of four at Michelob ULTRA Arena (what a name). And even without Wilson, they still have a star-studded roster. My line is Phoenix -0.5, so Las Vegas will cover for us.
