Not only was Game 7 of the Winnipeg Jets vs. the St. Louis Blues a thrilling, epic double overtime game with an improbable comeback in regulation, but I also had Winnipeg on the moneyline and over 5.5 goals for the game. Florida Panthers vs Toronto Maple Leafs

The Florida Panthers dispatched the Toronto Maple Leafs in the second round of the playoffs two seasons ago and will be looking to do the same this season as they continue their quest for back-to-back Stanley Cups. The Leafs were up to their old playoff tricks in the first round, jumping out to a 3-0 series lead over the Ottawa Senators before dropping two straight games. But this time they finished the job.
But the Panthers are one of those teams with their number, and I trust them to get the job done more than I trust Toronto (fool me once…). Florida on the moneyline is the first half of our winning parlay.
I’m pairing that with a stab on the over 5.5 goals for the game. Florida played lots of high-scoring games in their first-round series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, and both teams scored over three goals a game on average this season.
