Sam Reinhart Higher Than 0.5 Points

The Florida Panthers have already clinched a playoff birth, and tonight, they’ll be skating into Toronto. Their quest for a President’s Trophy is probably over, but they can be a real force this month and beyond. A large part of their sustained success this season is due to the play of center Sam Reinhart. He has 51 goals and 35 assists this season and comes into tonight on a five-game point streak. Reinhart has also peppered the Leafs this year, having tallied a goal and an assist in two games against them. The Leafs’ Swiss cheese defense should provide Reinhart with ample opportunity to knock in a point tonight. So, let’s start by taking Sam Reinhart Higher Than 0.5 Points against Toronto.

Anze Kopitar Higher Than 0.5 Points

The LA Kings have taken an opposite trajectory than their opponents have on Monday night. The Kings have made a real push to ensure themselves a playoff spot. Meanwhile, the Winnipeg Jets are sputtering toward the finish line. Kings veteran centerman Anze Kopitar has been a beast lately, tallying four multi-point games in his last six. The center has also knocked a goal and an assist in two games against Winnipeg this year. The calendar might say it’s April Fools Day, but there is nothing foolish about Anze Kopitar’s form right now. We’re mashing the Higher Than 0.5 Points for Anze Kopitar against the Winnipeg Jets.

Mikael Granlund Higher Than 0.5 Points

I know what the degens are probably thinking. With an eight-game slate, how in the wide world of sports are we anchoring a banger with a Sharks player? Well, one does not simply take just any old Sharks player. Mikael Granlund has been as reliable as the sun over the course of this season. With 12 goals and 38 assists, his 50 points look like the Hope Diamond on a team full of coal. Granlund also skates into tonight’s matchup against the Kraken on a four-game point streak. Monday night, it’s a weak opponent against a weak opponent, so I’ll take our boy Granlund to put his name on the box score.
