2026 NFL Week 4 Props!

2026 NFL Week 4 Props!

It’s time for our top NFL Week 4 props! With a loaded slate of action, I’m breaking down my favorite prop bets for this weekend. In fact, I feel so good about these prop bets that I’m loading them into a parlay! Let’s take a look at some of the top players that I’m taking the overs on this weekend.

MYBOOKIE BONUS

Top 2026 NFL Week 4 Props

Braelon Allen Over 56.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

Breece Hall is out with a quad injury, and that changes the Jets’ backfield for this trip to Soldier Field. Allen has been taking the majority of the reps all week and has already said he’s prepared to be the lead back. Through three games, he may only have 19 carries for 61 yards. However, that will all change with Hall out.

Chicago’s run defense has been fine, but not elite. Allen doesn’t need a breakout game. He’ll just need 15 or so carries, which I think he’ll get. He’s 6-1, 235 pounds, and the Jets likely won’t go with a committee of backups. Instead, they’ll go with Allen.

The Jets will want to keep that fast-paced, high-scoring Bears offense off the field. Doesn’t matter who is at quarterback. Last week showed they’ll still score points. The Jets can do this by running the ball and controlling the clock.

Tyson Bagent Over 14.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

With Caleb Williams out again, it’s expected that Tyson Bagent will get the start. We don’t have a lot of data to go off of in this one. He didn’t get the start in Week 3 because he had just come out of the concussion protocol. However, he’s been practicing with the first-team, and I think he’ll play.

We can look to 2023 for some sample data when Bagent made five starts. Of course, that wasn’t with Ben Johnson. However, that makes me all the more confident. Bagent ran for 109 yards and two touchdowns then, which is a little over 20 yards a game without many of those being designed quarterback runs.

Ben Johnson still wants the quarterback involved on the edges, and the Jets have been generating pressure. That pressure should allow Bagent to take off. We don’t need him to have a 40-yard scramble. A couple of third-down scrambles will clear this number.

He’s mobile enough that the pocket won’t have to fully collapse. He’s also incredibly tough. We saw him run guys over in preseason. That toughness is Bagent’s style of football. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him clear this easily. In fact, I’m also taking 20+ rushing yards (+154), 25+ (+240), and 30+ (+390).

Dalton Schultz Over 40.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

Schultz already has 19 catches for 205 yards in three games. He’s had a 21% target share, and a 12-catch, 140-yard afternoon against Cincinnati in Week 2. He is averaging right around 68 yards a game, and the misses haven’t been on him. He has zero drops on catchable balls and an average depth of target around six yards. Nico Collins is expected back. However, CJ Stroud still goes to Schultz often.

Last week was the first week he didn’t clear this number against a tough Colts defense. Dallas is different. They’ve been giving up plenty of yards to tight ends, and I expect Houston to do well at home. The implied total is fairly high, meaning we’ll likely have yards and points in this one. Four or five catches at his season average will clear 40.5 easily. We don’t need another 140-yard game.

The Cowboys struggle to cover underneath, and that’s where Schultz lives. He already has 95 yards after the catch, so even short throws can move the chains and add yardage. Collins will get his, but Schultz has been the security blanket. 40.5 yards against a defense that ranks poorly against the position feels solid.

Cam Skattebo Over 2.5 Receptions (-120)

For my next NFL Week 4 props bet, I’m looking at Cam Skattebo to have just three catches. He has seven catches this year. He had three catches for forty yards in the win over Tennessee. The Giants have been using him as a checkdown and the safety valve, especially when the quarterback is under pressure. He also had four catches against the Rams. He’s catching almost everything thrown his way too, and bailing out Jameis Winston.

The Cardinals come to MetLife, and they’ve been soft against backs out of the backfield. Skattebo is already at about 2.7 targets a game. The over only needs three grabs. Even if the rushing workload stays heavy, the passing-down role is still locked in.

Skattebo was on the field for a good chunk of pass snaps, and the Giants have not been afraid to dump it to him when covered downfield. Winston started last week and will start again. Skattebo doesn’t have to be the featured receiver. Three receptions feel easy here.

Jauan Jennings Over 2.5 Receptions (+100)

This next NFL Week 4 player props bet is targeting a Minnesota receiver. The main reason I like this one is I don’t think Justin Jefferson will play. Therefore, Jennings will be put into a bigger role. He was on the field for about 80% of the snaps last week against Tampa Bay.

Miami’s secondary has been giving up completions underneath all year. With the number only being 2.5, I love that the over is plus-money. He doesn’t need a vintage 49ers-style day. Three catches in a game where Minnesota should be throwing feels like a very realistic outcome.

Last week the box score didn’t match his usage. However, this week, Jefferson will be out and they’ll have to game plan him more. Addison may get some explosive plays. However, for three receptions, we just need him to get some plays. It’s a low bar for a receiver on the field for 80% of their snaps.
