It’s “numbered event” time once again in the UFC, with UFC 331 going down this Saturday at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. A championship rematch headlines the card, with a potential #1 contender fight in the co-main event slot. For my MMA Prop Play of the Week: UFC 331, I’ve got a first-round knockout prop. MMA Prop Pick of the Week: UFC 331

I tend to play very basic prop plays (knockout, submission, decision, etc.) rather than complicated ones, because the more variables you introduce into a bet, the less likely it’s going to cash for you. But I’m making an exception this week at UFC 331.
That’s because light heavyweight Iwo Baraniewski, who is facing Alonzo Menifield on Saturday’s main card, is a first-round finisher. In fact, the Polish fighter has never seen a Round 2, ending all nine of his pro fights within the first five minutes, with the last seven coming via strikes. He’s going to turn off Menifield’s lights early this weekend, and we’re going to get plus money when he does.
