UFC Fight Night: Hernandez vs Rodrigues
Main Card Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
Normally when you hear the words “UFC Fight Night” and “middleweight main event” together, a chill goes down your spine. But fret not – this isn’t an APEX slop fight card, and these middleweights are worthy main eventers.
Both Anthony Hernandez and Gregory Rodrigues are inside the UFC’s top 10 rankings at 185 pounds, and are probably just a couple of wins away from joining the chase for a title shot. So, who’s starting that journey this Saturday night by getting their hand raised?
Normally I go with striker over grappler, but Fluffy Hernandez isn’t your typical grappler. I expect his relentless pressure and grappling to overwhelm Robocop and get himself the win. If Roman Kopylov can go two-for-two taking down Rodrigues, I like Hernandez’s chances in that realm as well.
