Daily NBA Player Props – May 25th
Jarrett Allen – Over 12.5 Points (-116)
We’ve been riding steady with Allen’s point totals as the books keep disrespecting his ability to score. He put up a dud in Game 1 of this series and that had them sleeping on him again. However, when you look at the larger picture, his Game 3 over made it 5-1 against this line in the last six and 7-2 in the last nine. He’s been efficient from the inside and is getting to the line plenty. Look for another easy over on Monday.
Josh Hart – Over 7.5 Rebounds (+105)
Hart got busy on the boards against Saturday after no-showing Games 1 and 2. While it’s easier to look at the most recent game as the outlier, he was all over them in the series with the 76ers. He hit the over in three of four games in that series and averaged 8.8 rebounds. That’s more the version we were expecting in this series and seeing it again in Game 3 should be a sign of things to come.
Karl-Anthony Towns – Under 16.5 Points (-110)
Towns has really taken a back seat on the offensive side of the court for the Knicks in this series. Clearly this is Brunson’s series to make a splash and Towns has been happy to get busy on the boards and dish out a surprising number of dimes. This is also a sport where you might expect the Knicks to take their foot off the gas for the gentleman’s sweep. If the Cavaliers are able to get ahead early, you might see someone like Towns rest a bit more before heading home for another chance to clinch.
