NFL Division Bets, Emotional Damage and One Sad Cardinals Fan | Stephie Smalls Show 5.24.26

Comedian and Emmy-winning producer Ryan McKee joined Stephie Smalls for a full 2026 NFL futures breakdown, and somehow the episode became part betting preview, part therapy session, and part support group for people emotionally harmed by their favorite football teams.

Stephie and Ryan went division by division through the AFC and NFC, looking at favorites, longshots and teams that might be secretly frisky. The Bills got love in the AFC East. The Bengals made a strong case in the AFC North. The Jaguars became a tempting AFC South play. The Broncos and Chiefs turned the AFC West into a classic “do we trust the hype or just bet Mahomes because we’re not trying to be cute?” conversation.

The NFC brought even more nonsense, in the best way. Stephie wrestled with her feelings about the NFC East, including the Eagles, Cowboys, Giants and Commanders. Ryan, meanwhile, tried to discuss the Cardinals with the grim peace of a man who has already accepted the tank and is now shopping emotionally for the number one pick. That is not fandom. That is hospice care with a depth chart.

The episode also featured dark horse picks, including the Vikings, Giants and Falcons, plus a full NFC West debate about the Rams, 49ers, Seahawks and the aforementioned Cardinals, who Ryan discussed like a divorced dad describing a timeshare he regrets.

Things wrapped with player futures, including Bijan Robinson to lead the league in touchdowns, Tetairoa McMillan receiving yards, Saquon Barkley rushing yards under, Jeremiyah Love rookie touchdowns and Carson Beck games started.

It’s football betting, but with jokes, panic and just enough research to make the emotional spiraling sound professional.
