Daily NBA Player Props – May 24th
Isaiah Hartenstein – Over 2.5 Assists (+103)
Perhaps dimes isn’t the stat category you think about when Hartenstein’s name comes up. However, this line is set fairly low for how many he’s been picking up. With the Spurs having a dominant force down low on defense, there is more of a need for the Thunder’s bigs to kick out for assists. It’s shown as Hartenstein has hit the over in back-to-back games. He’s also hit in three of his last four. With a plus-number next to a project with a recent hit rate like that, we have to be on it.
Jaylin Williams – Over 5.5 Points (+106)
Another low projection that is well within grasp on Sunday is the points projection for Jaylin Williams. He had been a non-factor for the majority of the playoffs, but saw a nice uptick in playing time over the last couple games. He logged 22 minutes and 18 points in Game 3. While I don’t expect him to get quite that many or much here, shooting 58.3% from beyond the arc should earn him some attempts in this one.
Victor Wembanyama – Over 25.5 Points (-130)
It’s a must-win game for the Spurs here. They are already down 2-1 and have a home game on Sunday. Knowing that means Wemby should be looking to take over this one. He’s already hit the projection in two of three games in this series and is averaging 29.3 points per game in the series. The Spurs need a big day out of the big man here, and he should be able to deliver.
