Daily NBA Player Props – April 27th
Jalen Suggs – Over 9.5 Rebounds + Assists (+105)
The Magic are better when Suggs is filling out the stat sheet. With an opportunity at home to bring the Pistons to the brink, Suggs will have to be involved both passing the ball and cleaning the glass. He’s hit the over on this in two of his four playoff games, but has been in foul trouble for every single under. If he can manage to keep his hands clean for most of this one, he should rack up the numbers easily.
Ausar Thompson – Over 6.5 Rebounds (+115)
Looking at a 5.7 rebound average during the regular season might make it seem like this is a reach for Thompson. However, he’s cleared this in every game of the series and by a wide margin in each of the last two. The Magic’s focus on keeping Jalen Duren’s off the boards has lead to opening for the forwards. Look for Thompson to keep taking advantage of that to hit the over.
Dillon Brooks – Over 2.5 Three-Pointers (+114)
The formula is clear in this series – the Thunder are going to lead early and the Suns are going to try to shoot their way out. Nobody is more down for that style of game than Dillon Brooks. He’s averaging 9.3 three-point attempts per game this series and is hitting 4.0 per game. There is not reason to expect a downslide during Game 4.
