We’ve got some National League action going down tomorrow in The Bay, as the NL West’s San Francisco Giants host the NL East’s New York Mets. Both teams have gotten out to so-so starts, with the Mets sitting at 3-2 and the Giants 2-3 heading into Wednesday’s action.
The Mets send David Peterson to the mound to start the series, coming off 5.1 innings of scoreless ball he pitched in his season debut. The Giants counter with former Cy Young winner Robbie Ray. Surprisingly, the Giants have yet to win a game in San Francisco, going 0-3 thus far, being swept by the other New York team, the Yankees.
I’m going with the visitors, the Mets, to win tomorrow night – they’re the better team with a pitcher who looked really good in his last start.
