Charlotte Hornets vs Brooklyn Nets
Start Time – 7:30 PM EST
I continue to zag on the Charlotte Hornets while everyone else zigs (or I zig when they zag, either or). I was banging on about how the Hornets are kinda good, and you should bet on them, now I’ve found myself fading them multiple times over the past week.
Now I’m not saying that the tanking Brooklyn Nets are going to beat the Hornets tomorrow night. But I do believe the Nets can kill two birds with one stone by losing the game and still covering the spread for us. My line is Charlotte -9.5, so I’ll take the Nets plus the points at home.
Best Bet: Brooklyn +16.5 (-112)
New York Knicks vs Houston Rockets
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
We’ve got ourselves a nice matchup here, as one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks, faces one of the best in the West, the Houston Rockets.
And, at least according to the official spread as well as the one I’ve calculated, it should be a close game. My line is Houston -1, so I’ll take the Rockets as a home dog.
