Chicago Blackhawks vs Columbus Blue Jackets
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The Columbus Blue Jackets were the aforementioned plus-money win for me on Tuesday, as they blanked the New Jersey Devils on the road. And if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it – I’m going with the Blue Jackets again tomorrow night.
This time around, the Blue Jackets are on their home ice, hosting the Chicago Blackhawks. There was some hope for the Hawks this year, and, as hoped, Connor Bedard has leveled up this season. However, Chicago is still pretty miserable, dwelling among the worst teams in the league. The Blackhawks are bad on the road (eighth-worst in the league), bad on defense (12th most goals allowed), and even worse on offense (sixth-fewest goals scored).
And Columbus is a solid team this year – above average at home, below average on offense and defense, yet still managing to put themselves firmly in the playoff picture.
Despite not getting them as a dog two nights in a row, I still like Columbus on the moneyline tomorrow for my best bet.
