UFC Fight Night: Garcia vs Onama (UFC Vegas 110)
Start Time: 4:00 PM EST – (ESPN+)
The UFC returns to its home base, the UFC Apex, tomorrow night for its first event there in almost three months. Which means we’re getting a below-average fight card. But there is always money to be made, regardless of the quality of the fights being put on.
That’s especially the case in a main card welterweight fight between Jeremiah Wells and Themba Gorimbo. Wells is a strong wrestler, but he’s fallen in love with his hands a bit too much, and it’s cost him back-to-back losses. At 39 years old, it’s hard to imagine Wells turning things around and going on a run again.
Gorimbo is younger, longer, a better striker, and a very crafty grappler with plenty of submission skills. And we’re getting him at almost pick ’em prices.
