Seattle Storm vs Indiana Fever

Start Time: 7:00 PM EST

This is quickly turning into a lost season for the Indiana Fever. Not only has franchise player Caitlin Clark only played in 13 games (her return to action is still TBA), but they have recently lost three more key players to season-ending injuries.

While the Fever were doing a good job surviving in Clark’s absence, the blows to their depth seem to be catching up to them, as they’ve lost four of five and six of eight. My line would be Indiana -3 for this game, but this is a sinking ship now. The Seattle Storm on the spread is the play.

Phoenix Mercury vs Los Angeles Sparks

Start Time: 10:00 PM EST

While the Los Angeles Sparks still are only 7-10 at crypto.com Arena, they have won four of five at home, so they might have finally figured out they are supposed to be better at home than on the road.

But having the Phoenix Mercury in town isn’t going to help that record out, as they are 2-0 against the Sparks this season and are 10-8 on the road. However, my line for this game is Phoenix -1.5, so I like the Sparks on the spread.
