Seattle Storm vs Atlanta Dream

Start Time: 10:00 PM EST

This matchup is one of the bets I lost on Wednesday, but this time I’m correcting my mistake, and I’m putting my money behind the correct team on Friday. That would be the Atlanta Dream.

I liked the Seattle Storm plus the points last time out, but the Dream steamrolled them by 10 points. Atlanta has now won six straight games and eight of nine, moving into the second spot in the league standings. My line for Friday is Atlanta -8.

Las Vegas Aces vs Phoenix Mercury

Start Time: 10:00 PM EST

It took them long enough, but the Las Vegas Aces are finally putting it together this season. The uber-talented squad has now won five straight games and seven of eight, but that’s not stopping me from fading them again on Friday.

The Phoenix Mercury are very strong at home, posting an 11-5 record on their home floor in the PHX Arena (catchy name). My line for this game is Phoenix -8.5, so the Mercury on the spread is the play.
