Kansas City Royals vs Boston Red Sox

When it comes to hot teams in baseball, there aren’t any hotter than the Boston Red Sox currently. The Sox have won seven straight games and nine of their last 10, vaulting themselves up the standings and into the elite (at least based on advanced stats) in the majors.
Which is bad news for the Kansas City Royals, as the Red Sox have been poor hosts to them the past two days, beating them in both games and outscoring them 14-7 in the process. Which isn’t surprising, as the Sox are not just one of the best and hottest teams in the majors, they are also one of the top teams at home, going 39-21 at Fenway this season.
My only concern tomorrow is that Dustin May is pitching for Boston, and he’s had an up-and-down season for them. However, he’s been solid every other game, and he sucked last game, so hopefully that pattern continues tomorrow.
