Edmonton Oilers vs Florida Panthers
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
The Florida Panthers totally bombarded the Edmonton Oilers in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals, beating them 6-1 in front of the Panthers’ faithful. The Panthers are now halfway there to earning their second straight Stanley Cup Championship over the Oilers.
However, there is one area where Edmonton still beat Florida in Game 3 – shots on net. The Oilers get a lot of rubber on opposing nets, leading the NHL in shots on goal during the regular season. But Florida goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky was up to the task on Monday, stopping 32 of 33 shots.
Which brings us to my prop play for tomorrow. It’s the same play I won on for Game 3, which is over on Bobrovsky’s saves. Bob has stopped 42, 42, and 32 pucks so far in this series, making a play on over 26.5 saves a gimme (or as close as you’ll get to one in gambling)
